Strategic Advisory Partnership (SAP) is a retained, senior level advisory engagement for founders

This is not a programme and it is not coaching.

SAP is for experienced founders and small businesses with teams who are already operating at pace, but who want a trusted external advisor to help them:


  • sharpen sales and commercial decisions 


  • assess the market fit and opportunities to scale  and where to focus and invest time resources and cash
     
  • challenge assumptions and blind spots that may be preventing growth - you often can't see or become aware of blocks when you are looking at the problem from the wrong angle
     
  • reduce noise and unnecessary activity that hinders progress, and consider your effectiveness as a leader as a natural  progression at this point
     
  • create focus and simplicity, where complexity has crept in,  this can often produce savings and performance improvements especially in the sales arena
     

Engagements ( retained) are typically 3–6 months, working closely on live commercial decisions as they arise. 

Investment: typically £2,500 per month
 

Most advisory partnerships begin with a Strategic Founders Intensive or consultation to confirm fit and direction.
