A focused day designed to give you the space, clarity and direction to move your business forward.
Each founder attends for a private 90 minute 1:1 strategy session, with time before and after to think, plan and work on your business in a calm, premium setting.
Timing slots will be shared soon
Your day includes:
- Arrival from 9:00am for coffee and quiet thinking time
- A private 90 minute strategy session (focused on your business, your priorities and your next steps) Bring your laptop for our sales pipeline and cashflow building work on the day
- Dedicated time to work on your business before lunch
- A shared founders lunch at 1:00pm
- Post lunch space to reflect, refine and leave with clear direction
- Departure around 4.30pm ( or sooner )
Optional pre session access is available to a structured planning tool Apollo Architect on the day you will have access to Sheree's AI Lab powered by Sage ( that's Sheree's ai doppleganger)
This is not a workshop or training.
It’s intentional, structured space to step back, make decisions, and move forward with clarity.

- Explore sales performance, decision making, and constraints, understand exactly how to structure your follow up conversations, emails and process with Sheree reviewing on the day what you are actually implementing and where to make changes to bring in sales and revenue.
- Identify the real issues behind stalled momentum in your sales system, self leadership approach ( or team)
- Clarify practical options and next steps
The session is tailored to what’s live in your business now. Bring your laptop. If you have a business partner or co Director they can join the session too
