My work focuses on helping founders make clearer sales and revenue decisions — particularly when momentum has stalled, complexity has increased, or the business has outgrown its current approach.

I work primarily with UK-based founders and leadership teams, supporting them through strategic mentoring partnerships and selective advisory engagements.

The emphasis is always on clarity, focus, and decision discipline  so the business can move forward with confidence and commercial intent.

I created Strategic Mentoring Partnership as a way for founders to have access to a practical commercial  advisory, it's an engagement that supports founders to make clearer sales and revenue decisions over a sustained period.
