  • Onboarding session of 90 minutes
     
  • Ongoing strategic mentoring conversations over 12 weeks - this is typically two monthly calls of 60 minutes on zoom built around the priorities and outcomes designed at the start of the programme
     
  • Clear priorities and decision focus between sessions
     
  • A calm, consistent thinking partnership over time
